Innovation cases
For an innovation to qualify for the THINK Map, it must be in one of the 4 fields outlined in the THINK diamond:
i. The innovation significantly increases the quality of life in a region. Key areas in this parameter include Health and Education.
ii. The innovation is in the field of e-Government, providing an important contribution to the services a public administration provides to its citizens or a significant amelioration of the manner in which these services are provided
iii. The innovation brought about a significant increase in productivity and competitiveness of local businesses
iv. The innovation is an important step to overcoming the digital divide between mature, emerging and less developed economic regions
